By completing a purchase, you accept these terms and conditions. For private consumers, mandatory Swedish consumer protection legislation applies, meaning these terms never limit any rights you have under applicable law.

IMK Nails offers professional nail products and accessories. Our cosmetic products are notified through the EU Cosmetic Products Notification Portal (CPNP) before being placed on the EU market.

Colours and shades may be perceived differently depending on factors such as screen settings, lighting conditions and application. We strive to represent our products as accurately as possible, but minor colour variations between product images and the physical product may occur.

All prices are shown in the currency applicable to the market from which the customer is shopping. Prices are shown including applicable VAT unless expressly stated otherwise.

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before the order is completed.

For orders delivered outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes and other fees may apply. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost, and are the responsibility of the customer.

We reserve the right to change prices prospectively. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Once you have completed your purchase, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided when placing the order.

Please check that the details in the order confirmation are correct. If anything is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

We reserve the right to cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock or if an obvious pricing or information error has occurred, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Minimum Order Value

Minimum order values may apply to orders shipped to certain countries or regions. Where applicable, the minimum order value will be displayed at checkout and must be met before an order can be completed.

Available payment options are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on the customer’s country or market.

Payment is processed through the payment providers shown at checkout. Any specific terms of the chosen payment provider may also apply.

We deliver to the countries and markets available at checkout.

Estimated delivery times and shipping costs are shown during checkout or on our Shipping & Delivery page. For orders delivered outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes and other charges may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control. If a delivery is delayed, the customer’s rights under applicable law apply.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery and contact details provided with the order are correct.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, the recipient may be required to pay import duties, taxes, customs fees or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price paid to IMK Nails and are the responsibility of the recipient.

By placing an order, the customer accepts responsibility for any applicable import charges and for completing any required customs procedures.

If a shipment is refused, not collected, or cannot be delivered due to unpaid import charges, any costs incurred in connection with the return, handling or disposal of the shipment may be deducted from any refund, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Original shipping charges and import-related fees are non-refundable where permitted by applicable law.

IMK Nails has no control over the amount of import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by local authorities. We recommend checking the applicable import regulations in your country before placing an order.

As a private consumer, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases. The withdrawal period normally begins on the day after you receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify IMK Nails within the withdrawal period. You may use the withdrawal function on our website or contact us according to the instructions on the Returns & Refunds page.

After notifying us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase, the goods must be returned according to the instructions you receive from us.

Unless otherwise stated, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of return shipping when exercising the right of withdrawal.

Please note that opened products cannot be returned.

The product must be handled with care during the withdrawal period. The customer has the right to examine the goods, but may be liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the product’s nature, characteristics and function.

For an approved return, the amount refundable under applicable law will be refunded. Refunds are normally made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

If a product is faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible, state your order number and describe the issue. Please attach photos where this helps us assess the matter.

For Swedish private consumers, the Consumer Sales Act applies.

For an approved complaint, the matter will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer legislation. The right to make a complaint must not be confused with the right of withdrawal.

If a shipment is not collected or cannot be delivered due to, for example, incorrect customer details, IMK Nails may, to the extent permitted by law, be entitled to charge the actual and reasonable costs incurred in connection with shipping, return and handling.

Not collecting a parcel does not in itself constitute notice that you are exercising your right of withdrawal.

IMK Nails products are made for professional use only and must always be used in accordance with the instructions, safety guidance and warnings stated on the product, packaging or our website.

Products intended for application to nails must be used with care. Avoid contact with skin and eyes, and always follow the stated curing and use instructions.

The user is responsible for familiarising themselves with how the product should be used before use. If the user lacks experience or training, IMK Nails recommends obtaining the necessary knowledge of correct and safe application before using the product.

Incorrect application, skin contact, insufficient or incorrect curing, or any other use contrary to the product instructions may involve a risk of irritation, sensitivity or allergic reaction.

IMK Nails is not liable for damage or reactions arising from incorrect use, failure to follow the stated instructions, or any other use for which the product is not intended, to the extent such liability may be limited under applicable law.

This does not affect the customer’s rights under mandatory consumer or product liability legislation.

IMK Nails is not responsible for delays or failure to fulfil an obligation where this is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

IMK Nails may update these terms when necessary. The terms that applied at the time the order was placed apply to the relevant purchase.
