IMK Nails ships within Sweden and to selected international destinations.

Available shipping methods and destinations are shown at checkout based on your delivery address. If a destination is not available at checkout, we are currently unable to ship there.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on your destination and the available delivery method.
We currently offer free shipping within Sweden on orders over 799 SEK (ink.VAT).

The applicable shipping cost will always be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
For orders outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import taxes or other charges may apply. Please see International Orders below for further information.

Processing & Delivery

Orders are prepared and dispatched as soon as possible after your order has been confirmed.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on destination, shipping method, carrier and periods of high demand.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information where available.

Please note that estimated delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

We ship to the United Kingdom subject to our current minimum order requirement.

Minimum order value: £140

The applicable minimum order value must be reached before an order can be completed.

Orders shipped to the United Kingdom may be subject to customs duties, import VAT and other charges upon arrival. Unless expressly stated as included at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

We also ship to selected destinations outside the European Union.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, handling fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless expressly stated as included at checkout, any such charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the prices or shipping costs paid to IMK Nails.

Customs procedures may also result in additional delivery time beyond our estimated delivery times.

Tracking Your Order

Where tracking is available, you will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Please make sure that your delivery address and contact information are correct before completing your order.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at info@imknails.com.

Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that delivery details can be changed.

Additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer may be charged where applicable.

Uncollected & Undeliverable Orders

If an order is returned to us because it was not collected, could not be delivered or contained incorrect delivery information, additional shipping or handling costs may apply.

Not collecting a shipment does not constitute exercising your right of withdrawal. If you wish to withdraw from your purchase, please follow the instructions in our Returns & Refunds policy.

Delayed or Lost Orders

Sometimes deliveries may take longer than expected due to circumstances outside our control.

If your order appears to be significantly delayed or lost, please contact us at info@imknails.com with your order number and we'll help you investigate the shipment.
